Castle (a.k.a. 'House Dad')
Partnering with a growth incubator to design a groundbreaking concept, we nurtured the birth of "Castle" within a startup ethos. In its nascent brainstorming stages, we conceptualized "House Dad" as a singular solution for all home repair, maintenance, and planning needs, offering expert on-demand assistance and quality-assured service. With the client’s product team, we led the way to create a strategy, product, design and delivery structure to bring the product and business to market.
Outcome
Castle piloted its service in 2020 with tremendous success. It launched officially to consumers in 2021 in Ohio. Check out the live site here.
