About

Hello there,

My name is Juho [joo-hóu], and I am currently an MFA Products of Design student at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Growing up South Korea, I moved to the US when I was 15 and have spent half my life here. In college, I studied psychology because I wanted to help people. But then, I saw Bruce MacGregor’s conference talk about using design to affect individual behavior change. His talk inspired me so much that I just knew I wanted to enter the world of design. I have always been interested in finding a creative way to help people. When I had a year off to delve into it, I fell in love with the many different aspects of design. From then on, one thing led to another, and here I am trying to find the best solution for people’s difficulties within a broad range of design fields including UX/UI, product, and interaction design.

Apart from design, I love to paint, draw, and sketch. Most of all, I love to capture stunning moments of my life with my Canon 70D. Feel free to reach out for any inquiries or just to say hello: jlee310@sva.edu
